“The New Breakthrough the Problem of Drug Misuse”

    One of a great problem had not finishing in Indonesia at the past until now is drug misuse. The police have written 3.617 cases the drug misuses in 2001 (data of Polri 1998-2001). The victims now cover not only adult but also teenagers, though they have known about a danger of drug misuse. So, the government had forbidden of the use drug because it can be bringing a negative influence to human. But the victims do not care about the regulation of government and they still have used it. Worst, some of them not only become user of drug misuse but also they are sell a forbidden things it called by drug. The use of drag misuse had been breaking a morals of human, because it can be addicted by drug with use the injections, sipping, etc.  But there are two solutions to reduce level of drug misuse, such us the government must make a new agency other than Narcotic National Agency (BNN), and the drug must be destroying a seeds and plants of drug.

   Though there is Narcotic National Agency (BNN), the government must create a new agency in many place, for example Narcotic University Agency, agency in the school and other agency to different place that helps BNN. This new agency will give deep ilumination about the danger of drugs misuse to human, and the information should contain religious values, morals, specially to children in the school because they easier for effected in environment, their mind still very labile before they are go up the drugs, and give motivation as well as psychology approach to the victims who have addicted of drug. Then, they must do a raid in each place to reduce the distribution of drugs anywhere for example in the gangway which the place of hang out the teenagers, in the cafe, club where in the club there party drug with alcoholic beverage , etc. In addition, this new agency must cooperate with BNN, and must do real actions seriously do not only theory from government.

   Next solution of drug misuse is destroying a seeds and plants of drug with all the types of drugs. If someone need the money, so he will do anything to get money however with produce the drug, so the government and some parties should be destroyed at its source, destroying of drug whether the seed or the plants directly. Although weighing punishment of drug distributors have under arrested, but the main problem do not destroy so the drug misuse never stop. One of way for destroying the seed of drug is burn and give poison-gas to annihilate the drug.

   In summary, the drugs misuse so dangerous for human and it is a great threat that had been facing Indonesian government. The government has tried some actions to reduce level of drug misuse. Nevertheless  they still not have shown a good result. There are two solutions for these problems, such us the government must make a new agency other than Narcotic National Agency (BNN), and the drug must be destroying a seeds and plants of drug. Do not ever to get near the drug because it have been bringing the deadly. Love yourself and say no to drug.
